Cook III (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time
Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers and management. Flexible schedule. Culinary school preferred. Heavy lifting required.
